I’ve taken a few days to get away with the family up the the snow of Pinetop. Some friends let us use their cabin, and man is it awesome! I’ve had a blast just hangin’ out with no agenda. I didn’t realize how tired I was until I find myself sleeping 12 hours per night, and then taking a nap on top of it

I’m glad I don’t live in the snow, but it has been fun. Here’s some highlights…

• Watching my back at all times. The kids believe every moment is a good time for a snow ball fight.
• Our dog didn’t go to the bathroom for the first 2 days, too cold for her
• Snow angels, does it get any better.
• Reading this book, it’s rockin’ my world.
• Lounging, it’s sweet.
• Sipping Starbuck’s pepperming white chocolate steamer’s in the snow.
• Watching my baby girl experience snow for the first time.
• Family game time in the evening. Last night Lori and I smoked the kids at “Disney’s Scene It”. They should no better than to challenge us.
• Going tubing tomorrow, should be a blast. Hope I don’t hurt myself.
• Some down time to prep for “route 66″ next week. I can’t explain how pumped I am for this series!

That’s it, I’m off to throw some snowballs at the boys
