It’s 2 a.m., and I should be asleep. I was at the office by 6:00 am this morning to shoot video, so why can’t I sleep? I’ll tell you why…

I’m so pumped about this weekend at Palm Valley. As I’ve shared, I’m speaking about the trials I went through as a teen/young adult, and the damage it caused in my life, my families, and others around me! It’s going to be straight from my heart, and my prayer is that it will impact families in our community positively!

This morning we shot video of my dad and I talking through his divorce to my mom, raising us on his own, his feelings on my struggles, and ultimately some of the things he did really well as a parent that helped me get through what I was dealing with. In a very cool moment, he also shared some regrets, how he wished he’d done things a little differently. I guarantee you, PARENTS, that you will be challenged, and encouraged by hearing my dad this weekend!

I’m also going to be talking to the teens & young adults in the crowd about my struggles and ultimately how the Lord got a hold of my life. If you’re a hurting parent, or know a teen or young adult, you absolutely, without a doubt, need to bring them to Palm Valley Church this weekend. I will talk at their level, not preach, but share with them a message of hope and reconciliation for the family. So bring your young people this weekend, and invite anyone you know who had teens, they’ll thank you!

Pray that God would do big things in people’s lives this weekend at PVC.
